Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible products. After 30 days, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
• Personal hygiene products, perishable goods, and digital downloads are non-returnable
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to My Orders
2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Package items securely and drop off at the designated carrier

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
